A Couple of Cuckoos Season 2 Anime Reveals Opening Song, Release Date in New Trailer

A brand-new trailer released for A Couple of Cuckoos Season 2 today announced the upcoming anime's July 8 at 23:00 JST Japanese broadcast date and previewed "Kimi ga Kureta Mono" by asmi ( Food for the Soul OP) as the opening song. Masakazu Hishida ( Viral Hit ) takes over as director and series composer (under the name Jou Aoba) at studio Okuruto Noboru for Season 2, with new character designs by Kyoko Kon. Crunchyroll streamed all 24 episodes of the first season as they aired in Japan from April to October 2022, and describes the story: On the way to meet his birth parents, super-student Nagi meets brash Erika, who needs a quick favor.
