Ahead of a January 16 broadcast and subsequent simulcast on Crunchyroll , the Frieren: Beyond Journey's End anime today unveiled a brand-new trailer that previews Season 2's ending song, "The Story of Us" by milet. Tomoya Kitagawa takes over as director for Season 2. Crunchyroll streams the anime in a range of subs and dubs, describing the story like so: After the party of heroes defeated the Demon King, they restored peace to the land and returned to lives of solitude.
