Toshinobu Kubota Shares Let’s Play Anime Opening & Ending Song Music Videos

The official YouTube channel for Japanese R&B singer Toshinobu Kubota started streaming music videos for his latest two songs, "1, 2, Play" and "Left & Right," which are now featured as the opening and ending theme for the fall 2025 TV anime Let's Play , respectively. Krecic's web comic Let’s Play premiered in Japan on October 1, 2025, on Fuji TV’s “+Ultra” programming block. Crunchyroll streams the anime to members in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, CIS, India and Southeast Asia. Daiki Tomiyasu ( Pokémon Sun & Moon ) directs the series at studio OLM. Aya Matsui ( Marmalade Boy ) is handling the series composition, with Ebimo on the character design concept. Saki Ebisawa (key animation in multiple Pokémon anime) handles character design, with music composed by Cornish ( Recovery of an MMO Junkie ). The original web comic by Leeanne M. Krecic began in 2016 with three seasons released on WEBTOON. Rocketship Entertainment currently publishes the comic. The series is described as such: Samara “Sam” Young is a developer in Los Angeles who’s about to achieve her dreams with her first video game, Ruminate. That is, until a popular streamer gives the game a scathing review. Even worse, Sam finds out the troublesome critic is now her new neighbor!
