Reincarnated as a Dragon Hatchling Anime Debuts in January 2026

The upcoming TV anime based on the isekai fantasy light novel series Reincarnated as a Dragon Hatchling revealed a new piece of key art art as well as the opening and ending theme song performers today. The series broadcasts in Japan beginning in January 2026, and HIDIVE will also simulcast the series. Sizuk performs the opening theme, which is entitled “Gliding Claw”, while TAO and SAK perform the ending theme song, which is entitled “Sky Clipper”. Earth Star Entertainment and Square Enix also publish print versions, with 16 volumes released in Japan to date. Nekoko writes and Naji Yanagida illustrates the series. Yuta Takemura directs the TV anime adaptation at animation studios GA-CREW and FelixFilm, with Tatsuhiko Urahata on series composition, Hiroyasu Oda on monster design, Masato Onoda on character design, and Ko Otani on music. Seven Seas Entertainment publishes an English language version of the light novels and the manga adaptation with artwork by RIO, and describes Reincarnated as a Dragon Hatchling : Our hero wakes up one day in a brand new world…but his new life doesn’t come with fighting skills or magic powers, or even arms and legs!
