Japanese male idol group Kis-My-Ft2 member Toshiya Miyata's debut novel Kyokai no Melody ("Melody of the Border") will receive a TV anime adaptation. The second volume of the novel and the first volume of the novel's manga adaptation illustrated by Ikura Sugimoto are simultaneously released in Japan on November 25, 2025. "The anime adaptation of 'Kyokai no melody' has been confirmed. Ever since I was a child, I've loved anime and always dreamed of making my own someday! The special edition the novel's upcoming second volume comes with a bonus drama CD, and it was announced that the CD's main voice cast members will also voice their characters in the anime.
