Eli Roth is serving up sweet treats from his latest horror movie, Ice Cream Man.
The first image from the production, featuring Ari Millen (“Orphan Black”) in the title role, is pictured above, courtesy of Variety.
Benjamin Byron Davis (Red Dead Redemption), Karen Cliche (Thanksgiving), Dylan Hawco, Sarah Abbott, Shiloh O’Reilly, Kiori Mirza Waldman, Charlie Zeltzer (“The Handmaid’s Tale”), and Charlie Storey also star.
Rounding out the cast is Roth himself, who co-wrote the script with longtime friend and collaborator Noah Belson.
It follows an idyllic summer town descending into madness when an ice cream man serves kids sweet delights with horrifying results.
Snoop Dog — who’s also collaborating with Roth on the forthcoming Don’t Go in That House, Bitch — is contributing music to the film, along with composer Brandon Roberts (Thanksgiving, “Andor”).
The prosthetic makeup effects are handled by Oscar winner Adrien Morot (The Whale, Thanksgiving) and Steve Newburn (Thanksgiving, Frankenstein).
Roth produces with Christopher Woodrow, Raj Singh, and Kate Harrison. Executive producers include Kevin Frakes, Connor DiGregorio, Eli Massillon, Lorenzo Antonucci, Jon Schnaars, and Holly Adams.

Ice Cream Man wrapped principal photography in September and is scheduled for a wide theatrical release in 2026 via Roth’s The Horror Section.
WME Independent is representing international rights at the American Film Market. The film has already been acquired by StudioCanal’s Sixth Dimension across the UK, Germany, France, Benelux, Poland, Australia, and New Zealand.
