From master of horror Wes Craven, Deadly Friend will be released on Blu-ray in the UK on November 14 from Arrow Video — and we have your first look at the new trailer below.
Featuring new artwork by Robert Hack, the 1986 sci-fi horror film is presented in high definition with original lossless mono audio.

In the film, Paul Conway is new in town. A teenage computer genius who built his own robot helper, BB, he lives alone with his mother, but is soon settling in, making new friends and falling in love with the girl next door, Samantha.
But Samantha’s father is an abusive alcoholic who one night loses control, leaving his daughter in a coma. Unable to accept the loss, Paul turns his genius toward bringing her back, with deadly results.
Craven directs from a script by Bruce Joel Rubin (Jacob’s Ladder, Ghost), based on Diana Henstell‘s 1985 novel Friend.
Matthew Laborteaux, Kristy Swanson, Michael Sharrett, Anne Twomey, Richard Marcus, and Anne Ramsey star.
