Roughly a month since Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc opened in theaters in Japan and select Asian countries, Sony Pictures Entertainment reported on October 12 that the new Chainsaw Man movie has crossed US$50 million worldwide for a current international total of US$59 million, including Japan. In Japan, where Reze Arc continues to top the weekend box office charts , the film has grossed 5.7 billion yen (US$37.67 million) on the back of 3.74 million tickets sold and is now the fourth-highest-grossing film of the year, according to Kogyo Tsushinsha . Reze Arc also reigned over the South Korean box office weekend chart, continuing at the number one spot for the weekend of October 10-12 . According to KOBIS , Reze Arc has made a total of US$14.27 million from 1.9 million admissions in South Korea and is currently the country's 13th most-attended film of the year . In Taiwan, Sony Pictures Entertainment reported that Reze Arc is still number one at the weekend box office after three weeks, bringing in US$726,000 over the weekend for a total of US$4.6 million in the region. The film heads to the rest of the world starting October 22 in France; October 23 in Australia, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands and Saudi Arabia; October 24 in Spain and the United Kingdom and on October 31 in Poland.
