‘Black Phone 2’ Rings into Theaters With Retro Rotary Phone Popcorn Bucket

The Grabber returns to theaters in director Scott Derrickon’s sequel Black Phone 2 on October 17, and we’ve learned that the horror movie is getting its own popcorn bucket.

AMC Theatres has revealed the official Black Phone 2 popcorn bucket this week, and it’s one of the cooler gimmick buckets we’ve seen in recent years. The bucket, which is actually being labeled a “popcorn tin,” is made to look like a retro rotary phone… a black phone, to be exact!

The theater chain writes on Instagram, “Answer your popcorn cravings with this collectible Black Phone vessel. Grab yours in theatres on October 16 before they’re gone.”

The “Rotary Phone Popcorn Tin” comes with a large popcorn. Check it out below.

In Black Phone 2, four-time Academy Award® nominee Ethan Hawke returns to the most sinister role of his career as The Grabber seeks vengeance on Finn (Mason Thames) from beyond the grave by menacing Finn’s younger sister, Gwen (Madeleine McGraw).

Black Phone 2 was inspired by A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors!

Scott Derrickson returns to direct from a script he co-wrote with C. Robert CargillJoe Hill, author of the short story on which the 2021 film was based, executive produces.
