Manga artist Rumiko Takahashi is preparing to launch a collaboration with a mainstay of her hometown, Niigata. Food store Niigata Kashimaya now has a new poster girl: Lum, the electrifying heroine of Urusei Yatsura ! Kashimaya, which has been in business for 170 years, claims they see a commonality between their approach to manufacturing and the unwavering determination of Lum.
