The gorgeous blonde has been waiting for years for her man to return. On the night notorious serial killer Charles Lee Ray (Brad Dourif) was gunned down, she found a stunning diamond among his possessions and assumed it was an engagement ring meant for her. Hoping for a picture-perfect wedding day, she sews the infamous doll back together and consults Voodoo for Dummies for a resurrection spell. But all that work leads to disappointment. Not only did Chucky have no plans to propose, he kills Tiffany and transports her soul into the body of a Chucky-sized doll.
