Tokyo International Film Festival (TIFF) held a press conference to announce the lineup for its upcoming 38th edition at BASE Q Hall in Tokyo Midtown Hibiya on October 1. Launched in 1985 with the aim of promoting the potential of films from Tokyo and contributing to exchanges with diverse worlds, the 38th edition of TIFF will be held from October 27 to November 5 in Tokyo's Hibiya, Yurakucho, Marunouchi, and Ginza areas. The "Animation” section, one of the main sections of the festival, will screen 12 animated films this year, including the latest works from Japan and overseas. The lineup is as follows.
