Long before the Disney+ series that got cancelled after two lackluster seasons, R.L. Stine’s Goosebumps books first came to the small screen way back in the wacky world of the 1990s.
The series arrived at the height of the brand’s popularity back in the 1990s, with the debut season premiering with a memorable adaptation of The Haunted Mask on October 27, 1995.
All Hallows Geek brings us the word this week that Goosebumps book publisher Scholastic has launched their own streaming app titled Scholastic TV, and the first three seasons of the original 1990s “Goosebumps” television series are now streaming for FREE at launch!
Scholastic TV offers over 400 hours of totally free content from the Scholastic library, including nostalgic series such as “Clifford the Big Red Dog,” “The Magic School Bus,” “Goosebumps,” “The Baby-Sitters Club,” “Animorphs,” “Garfield,” “Barney & Friends” and more.
The free, ad-supported Scholastic TV app is now available on Roku and Amazon Fire TV. Scholastic previews, “Full of entertaining, engaging and educational shows like Clifford, The Magic School Bus and Goosebumps!
