Universal Horror Unleashed in Las Vegas is bringing the darker side of winter folklore to life with Krampus & Kin, a new immersive holiday experience starting November 15 through January 3, 2026.
The eerie twist on the holidays explores monstrous myths of dark yule. Guests will brave the terror of these ancient entities at photo ops, where they can pose with Krampus on his twisted throne, step into Grýla’s cauldron, or stand beneath the cursed canopy of the Kallikantzaroi’s rotting tree.
Attendees will also witness a grand processional that will fill the abandoned warehouse as creatures and their unearthly followers parade through, leaving behind tokens of their legend.
Regional storytellers will bring the folklore to life and share the eerie and fascinating origins of each creature. Guests will also have the chance to indulge in flavors rooted in centuries of winter folklore, including a Krampus’ Snow Globe dessert, Grýla’s Char, Chicken Souvlakichos, and more.
“We are excited to bring these creatures of the dark yule to life at Universal Horror Unleashed,” said Kim Scott, General Manager. “Whether guests are braving the experience as part of their Las Vegas itinerary, or booking an ultimate Las Vegas holiday party, this limited-time experience offers a unique blend of folklore, food, and fright, making it the perfect holiday experience for those who crave something new this holiday season.”
The year-round haunted attraction opened in August with Universal Monsters, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, The Exorcist: Believer, and Scarecrow: The Reaping haunts. Here’s our ranking.
