Pluto TV is getting into the Halloween spirit this October by launching its first Halloween-centric pop-up category, “Halloween Hits“, featuring twelve carefully curated channels spanning classic horror, supernatural drama, monster movies and paranormal programming.
The special category will run from October 1-31, 2025, and will be prominently positioned in the linear channel guide with curated rows also featured in the on-demand section, allowing fans easy access to free thrills and chills throughout the month. While most channels will also appear in their original categories, two special pop-up channels will be exclusive to the category: a dedicated Dark Shadows channel and Stingray Holidayscapes, which launches on October 20 with Halloween-themed content.
Pluto TV will house horror franchises and films, available both on linear and on-demand, featuring standout collections such as the Scream trilogy, the From Dusk Till Dawn trilogy, an extensive lineup of Paranormal Activity films, and a full slate of Underworld adventures led by Kate Beckinsale.
Stephen King fans will find a treasure trove of adaptations, including Pet Sematary, Cujo, The Dead Zone, Secret Window, Graveyard Shift, Silver Bullet, and Thinner. The collection also features modern horror hits like The Exorcism of Emily Rose, The Faculty and Overlord – plus 28 Days Later, available to stream for free only on Pluto TV.
