First Six Minutes of 100 METERS Anime Film Streamed

The day after the 100 METERS anime film's release in Japan began, distributer Asmik Ace's official YouTube channel started streaming the first six minutes of the film. The footage begins with narration by Kenjiro Tsuda, who also voices Kaido in the film, and then transitions to scenes of athletes competing in the stadium. 100 METERS Anime Film First Six Minutes RELATED: 100 METERS Anime Film Enters the Final Stretch with New Trailer The anime film adaptation of Uoto's ( Orb: On the Movements of the Earth ) sports manga 100 METERS opened in Japan on September 19, 2025. GKIDS will distribute the film in North American theaters in October 2025. Kenji Iwaisawa directs the film at studio Rock 'n' Roll Museum. Keisuke Kojima provides the character designs and serves as chief animation director, and Hiroaki Tsutsumi provides the music. GKIDS describes 100 METERS : 100 METERS follows Togashi, a track star who is born to run. As a kid, he is naturally gifted and wins every 100-meter race without effort. But in sixth grade, he meets Komiya, a transfer student who is full of determination but lacks technique. In teaching him, Togashi gives Komiya a new purpose: to win no matter what.
