SPY x FAMILY may not be returning 'til October, but fans can enjoy new surprises for the rest of the summer! Throughout the month of August, the show's official social media will be uploading new summery goodies. And, starting today, every Friday will see the release of a new piece of art on the theme of "Anya x Summer"! Check out the first in the series, Anya x Fireworks. Note the presence of a certain penguin on the print of Anya's yukata: "Anya x Fireworks" Summer Artwork RELATED: SPY x FAMILY Season 3 Anime Trailer Teases Twilight’s Backstory Yukiko Imai, who was a storyboard artist and episode director on the first two seasons of SPY x FAMILY , will be taking up the director reins for season three at both WIT STUDIO and CloverWorks. Previous script writer Rino Yamazaki has been promoted to series composer while Kazuaki Shimada continues designing the characters alongside the rest of the returning staff, including (K)NoW_NAME composing the music. The third season premieres this October. Crunchyroll streams both previous seasons of the SPY x FAMILY anime series in sub and dub formats, as well as the SPY x FAMILY CODE: White anime film, and describes the overall story as such: World peace is at stake and secret agent Twilight must undergo his most difficult mission yet—pretend to be a family man.
