Creepy Nuts member R-Shitei shared the following comment for "Mirage": Season 1 depicted the dried kindness of the night and its aspect as a refuge for those who were saved by it. In contrast, Season 2 depicts the dampness of the night, and its aspect as a place where people dump their regrets and attachments. And the adults who struggle to come to terms with it. As a person who has been staying up late for 20 years, I can't help but think of it as someone else's problem… I haven been thinking that I have to live in the morning and afternoon, I have to cut ties with it, but I can't… This song is about such a messy relationship between myself and the night.
