The official X (formerly Twitter) for the upcoming summer 2025 TV anime Gachiakuta revealed today that Miku Ito (Yuriko Nanao in THE IDOLM@STER Million Live! ) voices Chiwa, a childhood friend of the protagonist Rudo. The anime's official website introduces Chiwa as: "A girl who lives in the slums of the Sphere. Rudo likes her because of the way she seems to care and worry about him. Ito also shared her thoughts on the series and her character on X : "As reading the original manga, I was quickly captivated by the themes of the work, the powerful action scenes, and the chaotic development of the story. My character Chiwa is the first love of the protagonist Rudo. I thought the interaction between the two was charming, but…. She is a character that leaves many things in Rudo's mind, so I hope you will pay attention to her when she appears!"
