Earlier this month, Kenshi Yonezu released a single containing his opening theme songs for both figure-skating anime Medalist and mecha series Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX . Today, fans of the former can enjoy his song "BOW AND ARROW" while watching Tsurumaikada's original manga come to life onscreen. The music video, a collaboration with manga publisher Kodansha, features scenes from the manga in limited animation. Voice actors Natsumi Haruse and Takeo Otsuka, who appear in the anime as young skater Inori and her coach Tsukasa, respectively, also lend their voices to the video. The series, based on the manga by Tsurumaikada, streams in the U.S. on Hulu and internationally via Disney+. Plans for a second season have been confirmed.
