The Haigakura fantasy anime, based on Shinobu Takayama’s manga of the same name, will return to Japanese screens on July 3, restarting from episode one. The first new episode of the series, its eighth, is set to air on August 21. The official website for the anime announced the news tonight, along with a new trailer. Haigakura Anime New Trailer Haigakura originally went off the air in November “to maintain the quality” past episodes seven, postponing the release of episodes eight until they’re able to “deliver the charm of this work.” In the announcement for the "Summer Restart Broadcast Schedule,” they reaffirmed that commitment while revealing the new broadcast and streaming schedules.
