The world of P ersona 5 opens up once again with the worldwide release of Persona5: The Phantom X , a spin-off gacha game set in the same version of Tokyo as the original RPG. SEGA and Atlus announced a June 26 global launch alongside a new trailer and some key details on the game's new features. Persona5: The Phantom X Worldwide Release Trailer Much like the original Persona 5 game and its expansion, Persona 5 Royal , The Phantom X has players go to school during the day, building up social links, skills and money, while at night, the new Phantom Thieves head down the cognitive rabbit hole to steal the hearts of Tokyo’s most corrupt adults. The original Phantom Thieves also make an appearance in the game alongside a whole new cast of characters and side-stories.
