Genre favorites Robert Rodriguez (From Dusk Till Dawn, The Faculty) and Greg Nicotero (“The Walking Dead,” “Creepshow”) teamed up to co-direct Mammoth‘s monstrous music video for “The End.”
Mammoth is fronted by Wolfgang Van Halen — son of guitarist Eddie Van Halen and actress Valerie Bertinelli — who played bass in Van Halen from 2007 until their disbanding in 2020.
The short film, which pays homage to Michael Jackson‘s “Thriller,” was written by Wolfgang and Rodriguez.
Wolfgang and his band members — Jon Jourdan, Ronnie Ficarro, Frank Sidoris, and Garrett Whitlock — star alongside horror icon Danny Trejo (From Dusk Till Dawn), Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash, and Bertinelli.
