First, the SAND LAND anime was released in theaters. Next, it got a streaming release. And finally, it’s getting a broadcast on Japanese TV! The adaptation of Akira Toriyama’s comedy manga series, SAND LAND, will premiere on June 28 on NHK General. The original anime film was directed by Toshihisa Yokoshima and Hiroshi Kojina at animation production houses Sunrise, Kamikaze Douga and ANIMA. The film was released in Japan on August 18, 2023.
