The official website and accounts for the Witch Hat Atelier anime released a new main trailer and visual today, announcing that the series will premiere on April 6, 2026 in Japan. Additionally, Eve was announced to perform the opening theme song, “Kaze no Anthem” featuring suis from Yorushika, alongside Nakamura Hak performing the ending theme song, “Tada Utsukushii Noroi.” Additional cast for the series was also announced: Agott voiced by Hibiku Yamamura (Yuna in The Legendary Hero is Dead! ) Tetia voiced by Kurumi Haruki Richeh voiced by Hika Tsukishiro (Alma in Alma-chan Wants to Be a Family! ) Olruggio voiced by Yuichi Nakamura (Satoru in JUJUTSU KAISEN ) Brushbuddy voiced by Misaki Kuno (Dou in The Demon King’s Daughter is Too Kind!! ) Iguin voiced by Mitsuki Saiga (Tamsy in Gachiakuta ) Kamome Shirahama first serialized the Witch Hat Atelier manga in the pages of Kodansha's Morning Two magazine in July 2016, with 15 volumes released in Japan to date. Ayumu Watanabe ( Summer Time Rendering ) directs the anime at studio BUG FILMS, with series composition by Hiroshi Seko ( JUJUTSU KAISEN ), character designs by Kairi Unabara ( The Invisible Man and His Soon-to-Be Wife ) and music by Yuka Kitamura. Crunchyroll previously confirmed it will release the anime adaptation as it airs in Japan for subscribers in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East and CIS. Kodansha publishes the Witch Hat Atelier manga in English and describes the story: A beautifully-illustrated story about a girl who longs for magic in her life and learns that, on the inside, she already is what she wishes she could be. Reminiscent of Studio Ghibli, this lushly drawn story was voted one of the Top 10 manga of the year in 2018 by the Japanese manga industry.
