The Frieren: Beyond Journey's End TV anime's official accounts revealed a new piece of artwork today as the new season prepares to enter the “Divine Revolte Arc” storyline. The new story arc will broadcast in Japan beginning on February 27, 2026. The original Frieren: Beyond Journey's End manga by Kanehito Yamada (story) and Tsukasa Abe (art) is serialized in Shogakukan's Weekly Shonen Sunday manga magazine since April 2020, with 15 volumes released in Japan to date. ViZ Media publishes an English-language version of the series. Tomoya Kitagawa directs the second season of the TV anime at animation studio MADHOUSE, with series composition by Tomohiro Suzuki, character designs by Maru Takase, Keisuke Kojima and Yuri Fujinaka and music by Evan Call.
