As with the first show, Daisuke Tanaka serves as both writer and director. After pre-sales open from February 5 to March 5, general ticket sales will begin on April 13. While the second show's title still includes Baki the Grappler , the first installment of the manga series, the story for this second show is based on the "Most Evil Death Row Convicts" arc depicted in the second installment, BAKI .
