Ado's 2002 digital single song "New Genesis" (also known as Shin Jidai: Uta from ONE PIECE FILM RED in Japan) has surpassed 600 million cumulative streams, according to Oricon News . The song has now become her first song to achieve the milestone in her six-year professional career. "New Genesis" was newly written and composed by Yasutaka Nakata, best known for producing works for Perfume and Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, as the theme song for the anime film ONE PIECE FILM RED which released in Japan in August 2022. Ado also provided the singing voice for the film's main character, Uta. The song released digitally from Virgin Music on June 8, 2022, ranking No. 1 in iTunes overall song ranking, LINE MUSIC real-time ranking, Oricon digital single ranking and other major rankings.
